3. Executive Package

This package is designed to assist more senior-level staff, staff who have been with the company for a significant length of time (10 + years) and / or staff that are being retrenched in a slow job market or economic downturn. Staff who fit one or more of these criteria are likely to take longer to secure new employment (3 -6 months) and may experience significant difficulty adapting or coping with change. This program provides a comprehensive package and long term, ongoing support.

This package provides your employee with:

  1. A personal  consultant assigned to assist and support them for 6 months
  2. Initial (1 hour) consultation
  3. Counseling for redundancy – expected unemployment timeframes, managing finances, budgeting and coping with stress
  4. Budgeting tools
  5. Action plan for moving forward
  6. A professionally created Resume
  7. A professionally created Cover letter
  8. A professionally created LinkedIn profile
  9. Advice on job search techniques and working with recruitment agencies
  10. Target list of companies to approach in their industry
  11. Advice on interview techniques
  12. Interview coaching session (1 hour)
  13. Advice on networking
  14. 2nd consultation (1 hour) to provide feedback and advice during the application and interview process
  15. Advice on current market salaries and negotiations

Cost:  $ 2,650 + GST
